We want you to love your ALBATROS products. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase*, please initiate a return within 30 days of purchase.

Find Your Match sets, sample sized products, items marked final sale, and incomplete sets are non-refundable.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable and return shipping fees are not covered by ALBATROS
Please allow two weeks from the date you ship your return for us to fully process your refund.

Select the items you wish to return their condition should be new and not opened
Stick it in the mail
Ship them to us through the same carrier or through any preferred shipping method
Get a refund confirmation
Once we receive the items and inspect them you will receive a refund notification
